Our hydraulic products are high in precision which is key to the reliability of hydraulic stations of metallurgical systems. Professor-level senior engineers check the design plan, many young engineers implement specific work, and all steps of design, manufacturing, installation and debugging and inspection and test are strictly controlled. Up to now, the company has 80 employees, among them, 2 senior engineers, 4 engineers, 9 technicians and 6 inspection personnel. In aspect of design of hydraulic valves, we absorb CAD advantages as possible as we can and really realize accurate integration, and in aspect of pipeline design and production, we use large-, medium- and small-sized pipe bending equipment to bend pipes and uses less welding elbows as possible as we can.

The Jiangsu Yuanpu Automatic System Co., Ltd. was established in Feb., 2005, with registered capital of 5 million Yuan. It is located in No.66, Qingyang North Road, Tianning District, Changzhou City, and is a private high-tech enterprise specialized in electric automation and transmission control systems. It occupies a land of nearly 40,000m2 and has Design Department, Sheet Metal Workshop and Electric Installation and Debugging Department. Presently, it has 56 employees, among them, 20 designers.

The systems designed by the transmission automation department of the company are mainly used for metallurgical industry, for example, rod and wire-rolling electric transmission automation system, hot strip rolling electric transmission automation system and low voltage power distribution system. Products of the pre-iron department are mainly used for automatic systems of material factories, coal powder injection and oxygen enrichment automatic systems, dust removing systems, water treatment systems, etc. The products of the communication automatic department are mainly used for television broadcasting systems and wireless monitoring systems.

The sheet metal workshop has a land of 2,000m2 and is mainly used for producing quality cold sheets, stainless steel operating desks(boxes), control cabinets and various crane span structures. The electric assembly workshop has a land of 2,000m2 and is mainly used for assembly, leave-factory inspection and electrifying test of automatic systems and equipment.

The company possesses the machining ability of complete equipment and can meet the production needs of electric control complete equipment. The main processing equipment is 100T*3.2m sheet bending machine, 3.2m*6mm sheet shearing machine, 100T, 63T, 40T, 35T, 16T, etc. punches, Z3050 cross arm drill and various welding equipment.

The company has field debugging equipment such as oscilloscope and wireless walkie-talkie as well as leave-factory testing equipment such as high-low voltage withstanding test bench, insulation resistance tester, earth resistance tester, low-voltage big-current test bench and high-voltage small-current test bench. It has over 30 computers for designing and software programming. Moreover, it has built the Schneider Quautum, Premium PLC laboratory, Siemens S7-400,300 PLC laboratory, etc., which can be used for technical training and actual operation of customers.

The company is the designated distributor of Schneider, mainly selling high-end industrial control products such as Quautum, Premium PLC, full series of frequency conversion speed regulation equipment of Schneider and Schneider soft boot.

The company the designated distributor of TURCK, mainly selling industrial control products such as rotary encoder, full series of communication intelligent terminals and field measuring instruments.

The company is the signed dealer of Siemens. As the signed dealer of Siemens, Siemens’s S7-400, 300PLC and DC transmission are used on the wire-rolling equipment of the steel plant.
